What Vidalista is and who makes it

Vidalista is a brand of tadalafil, a prescription PDE5 inhibitor that helps increase blood flow to support an erection when sexual stimulation occurs. It is not an aphrodisiac and it does not cause an erection on its own.

Vidalista is marketed by Centurion Laboratories, and it is sold in multiple tablet strengths and formulations to suit different dosing needs.

Choosing a Vidalista strength

The right strength depends on whether your prescriber recommends daily use or use before sexual activity. Safety and side effects

Common side effects of tadalafil include headache, flushing, indigestion, back pain, muscle aches, stuffy nose, and dizziness. Most side effects are mild, but you should seek medical help for chest pain, fainting, sudden vision or hearing changes, or an erection lasting longer than 4 hours.

Do not take Vidalista with nitrates, and use caution if you take alpha-blockers, certain blood pressure medicines, or strong CYP3A4 inhibitors. Tell your healthcare provider about all medicines and health conditions before starting Vidalista.
