Eletriptan

Eletriptan is a prescription anti-migraine medicine in the triptan class. It works by narrowing certain blood vessels in the brain and reducing substances involved in migraine pain and symptoms.

It is used to treat migraine attacks with or without aura in adults. Eletriptan is not for preventing migraines or treating cluster headaches. Do not use it if you have certain heart or blood vessel conditions, and tell your prescriber about all medicines you take.
