Terazosin

Terazosin is a prescription alpha-1 blocker. It relaxes blood vessels and muscles in the prostate and bladder neck, helping urine flow more easily and lowering blood pressure.

It is used to treat benign prostatic hyperplasia and, in some patients, hypertension. Take it exactly as prescribed, and be aware that dizziness, lightheadedness, or fainting can occur, especially after the first dose or dose increases.
