Tadonis 20 mg Tablet is a prescription tablet that contains tadalafil 20 mg in each tablet. Tadalafil belongs to a class of medicines called phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) inhibitors. It is used for erectile dysfunction and may also be prescribed for symptoms of benign prostatic hyperplasia or, in some patients, pulmonary arterial hypertension when a doctor determines it is appropriate. How it works: Tadalafil in Tadonis 20 mg Tablet relaxes blood vessels and increases blood flow to certain areas of the body. For erectile dysfunction, this helps improve the ability to get and keep an erection when there is sexual stimulation; the tablet does not cause an erection by itself.

Tadonis 20 mg Tablet is the full 20 mg strength, which is higher than lower tadalafil tablet strengths and is not meant for self-starting without medical advice. Doctors may choose this strength when a lower dose has not worked well enough or when they want a single-dose option taken before sexual activity. Compared with lower strengths, Tadonis 20 mg Tablet may provide a stronger effect but can also increase the chance of side effects.

• Swallow Tadonis 20 mg Tablet whole with water.

• Food does not usually stop it from working, but a very heavy meal may delay how quickly you feel the effect.
