Varimax 20 Tablet is an oral prescription medicine that contains vardenafil 20 mg in each tablet. It belongs to the phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) inhibitor class and is used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED) in adult men. Varimax 20 Tablet helps improve blood flow to the penis during sexual stimulation, which can make it easier to get and keep an erection. Because this is a higher-strength tablet, it is meant for men whose doctor has decided they may need this dose.

Varimax 20 Tablet is the stronger sibling of Varimax 10 Tablet, with twice the vardenafil content in each tablet. This higher-strength tablet may be chosen when a doctor feels a lower strength is not enough or when a patient has already been assessed for vardenafil use and needs a stronger option. It is not a starter tablet for everyone, and the 20 mg strength may also bring a greater chance of side effects than the 10 mg tablet.

• Tell your doctor if you have heart disease, low blood pressure, a recent heart attack or stroke, or severe liver disease.
• Use caution with alcohol, since it can increase dizziness and make side effects worse.

• Strong CYP3A4 inhibitors such as ketoconazole, itraconazole, ritonavir, or clarithromycin
• Excess alcohol
