• Swallow the O-Stat 60 Capsule whole with water.
• Take it with a meal that contains fat, or up to 1 hour after the meal.
• If you skip a meal or the meal has no fat, you usually do not need to take a capsule for that dose.
• Do not take more capsules than prescribed, even if you eat a larger meal.
• Follow a low-fat diet to reduce stomach and bowel side effects.

Each O-Stat 60 Capsule contains 60 mg of orlistat.
