Avandra 50 mg Tablet is an oral prescription medicine that contains 50 mg of avanafil in each tablet. It belongs to the phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) inhibitor class and is used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED) in adult men. Avandra 50 mg Tablet helps increase blood flow to the penis so an erection can happen with sexual stimulation. It is not an aphrodisiac and does not increase sexual desire.

• Do not take more than one Avandra 50 mg Tablet in 24 hours.

• Avoid taking it with riociguat; this combination is unsafe.

• Tell your doctor about liver or kidney problems, because you may need a different dose or closer monitoring.
• If you get chest pain, stop sexual activity and get emergency help right away.
