Voveran 150 mg Tablet SR is a sustained-release diclofenac tablet used to relieve pain and inflammation. Each tablet contains 150 mg of diclofenac, a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID). It is used for conditions such as arthritis, muscle and joint pain, back pain, and other inflammatory pain problems when a doctor decides this strength is appropriate.

How it works: Diclofenac blocks substances called prostaglandins that cause pain, swelling, and inflammation. In the tablet SR form, Voveran 150 mg Tablet SR releases diclofenac gradually so the effect lasts longer than an immediate-release tablet.

• Swallow Voveran 150 mg Tablet SR whole with water; do not crush, chew, or split the sustained-release tablet.
• Take it exactly as prescribed by your doctor, preferably at the same time each day if you are on regular dosing.
• Take it with food or after a meal if it upsets your stomach.
• Do not take extra tablets to make the pain relief start faster; the SR tablet is designed to release medicine slowly.
• Avoid taking it with other NSAIDs unless your doctor specifically tells you to.
