Olmetime 20 Tablet is a prescription blood pressure medicine that contains 20 mg of olmesartan medoxomil in each tablet. • Swallow Olmetime 20 Tablet whole with water; do not crush or chew unless your doctor specifically says otherwise.

• Alcohol can add to the blood-pressure-lowering effect and may increase lightheadedness.
• Tell your doctor about any history of heart failure, dehydration from vomiting/diarrhea, or severe aortic stenosis.

• ACE inhibitors such as lisinopril or enalapril may increase the risk of kidney problems or high potassium.
• Aliskiren should generally be avoided in patients with diabetes and may be risky in some others when combined.
• NSAIDs such as ibuprofen or naproxen can reduce effect and may raise kidney risk.
• Potassium supplements and potassium-sparing diuretics can increase potassium too much.
• Lithium levels can rise when used with olmesartan and may require close monitoring.
