Toptada 20 mg Tablet is a prescription tablet that contains 20 mg of tadalafil in each tablet. Tadalafil belongs to a class of medicines called phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) inhibitors. • Swallow Toptada 20 mg Tablet whole with water; do not crush, split, or chew it unless your pharmacist or doctor says otherwise.

• For ED, it is usually taken before sexual activity, and sexual stimulation is still needed for it to work.

• Nitrates such as nitroglycerin or isosorbide
• Alpha-blockers such as tamsulosin or doxazosin
• Other PDE5 inhibitors or erectile dysfunction medicines
• Certain antifungals, antibiotics, and HIV medicines that can raise tadalafil levels
• Heavy alcohol use
