Olsertain 20 Tablet is a prescription tablet that contains olmesartan medoxomil 20 mg in each tablet. It belongs to the angiotensin II receptor blocker (ARB) class and is used to treat high blood pressure. By lowering blood pressure, Olsertain 20 Tablet can help reduce the risk of stroke, heart attack, and kidney problems related to hypertension. Olsertain 20 Tablet is a mid-strength option, higher than low-dose starting tablets but lower than Olsertain 40 Tablet. Doctors may choose this strength when a lower dose is not enough, when a patient has already tolerated olmesartan, or when they want a single-tablet dose that better fits the blood pressure target. Because it is a stronger tablet, it should be used only when a clinician has assessed the patient and selected this exact dose.

• Swallow Olsertain 20 Tablet whole with water.

• NSAIDs such as ibuprofen or naproxen
• Lithium
• Alcohol, which may worsen dizziness or low blood pressure
