Triolvance 40 Tablet is a prescription combination tablet containing olmesartan medoxomil, amlodipine, and hydrochlorothiazide in the strength shown on the pack. It belongs to three blood-pressure medicine classes: an angiotensin receptor blocker (ARB), a calcium channel blocker, and a thiazide diuretic. Triolvance 40 Tablet is used to help lower high blood pressure in adults when treatment with a single medicine is not enough or when a doctor wants a triple-combination option. Lowering blood pressure can reduce the risk of stroke, heart attack, and kidney problems over time.

How it works: In this tablet, olmesartan medoxomil helps relax blood vessels by blocking angiotensin II, amlodipine relaxes the vessel muscle, and hydrochlorothiazide helps the body remove extra salt and water. Together, Triolvance 40 Tablet lowers resistance and fluid volume so blood pressure can come down more effectively.
