Arnicor 200 Tablet is a prescription tablet containing sacubitril 200 mg and valsartan 103 mg per tablet. It belongs to the angiotensin receptor-neprilysin inhibitor (ARNI) class and is used to help treat chronic heart failure, especially heart failure with reduced ejection fraction, and to lower the risk of hospitalization and death related to heart failure. Arnicor 200 Tablet is a higher-strength option, so it should only be used when a clinician has already assessed your condition and decided that this dose is appropriate.

How it works: Arnicor 200 Tablet works by blocking substances that tighten blood vessels while also helping the body get rid of extra salt and water. In tablet form, the sacubitril and valsartan combination helps the heart pump more efficiently and reduces strain on the heart over time.

Compared with Arnicor 50 Tablet and Arnicor 100 Tablet, Arnicor 200 Tablet delivers a much higher amount of sacubitril + valsartan in each tablet. That makes it a maintenance-strength tablet for patients who have been titrated up under medical supervision, rather than a starting dose for most people. A doctor may choose Arnicor 200 Tablet when lower strengths are not enough to control symptoms or when a patient has already tolerated the medicine well.

• Avoid potassium supplements or salt substitutes unless your doctor says they are safe, because this medicine can raise potassium levels.
• Tell your prescriber if you have kidney disease, liver disease, low blood pressure, or a history of angioedema.
• Alcohol can worsen lightheadedness and low blood pressure while taking Arnicor 200 Tablet.
• Use caution when driving or standing quickly until you know how this tablet affects you.
• Do not use during pregnancy; it can harm an unborn baby.
