Arnisac 100 Tablet is a prescription tablet that contains sacubitril 100 mg and valsartan 103 mg per tablet. It belongs to a heart medicine class called angiotensin receptor-neprilysin inhibitors (ARNI) and is used to help treat chronic heart failure in adults. Arnisac 100 Tablet is the higher-strength option compared with Arnisac 50 Tablet, so it is not usually the starting tablet for everyone. Each Arnisac 100 Tablet provides sacubitril 100 mg plus valsartan 103 mg, which is a higher tablet strength than Arnisac 50 Tablet. • Use caution if you have kidney disease, liver disease, dehydration, or a history of high potassium.
• Do not use it together with aliskiren if you have diabetes.
• Be careful when driving or operating machinery until you know whether Arnisac 100 Tablet makes you dizzy.

• Aliskiren, especially in diabetes
• Potassium supplements or salt substitutes containing potassium
• NSAIDs such as ibuprofen or naproxen
• Other blood pressure medicines or diuretics
